Our Mission: Maintain and manage the business affairs of Millrun community development and homeowners association with a fiduciary obligation to all of the members, by focusing on fiscal responsibility and enhancement of property values.

On Sunday, April 16, 2023, a special assessment in the amount of $250.00 due in quarterly installments of $62.50 beginning Oct 1, 2023, or payable in full at any time was passed by the membership at a special called membership meeting. If the special assessment is not paid in full prior to July 1, 2024, this amount will be subject to penalties according to the bylaws.
