B. Homeowner will provide a copy of by-laws to the renter and all renters will abide by them.

C. Homeowner is responsible for by-law violations of their renters and will be fined for by-law violations along with the renters.

D. Each by-law violation can not exceed $250.00 for each violation.

E. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM AND RETURN TO MILL RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL RESULT IN A $250.00 FINE.

F. YOU HAVE UNTIL JANUARY 15 EACH YEAR TO COMPLY WITH THE BOARD’S REQUEST. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FUTHER NOTICE.
